Serving suggestion for 2 pax: Put 4pcs of medium size shrimp or prawn and 200ml of water into a cooking pot. Boil until prawn/shrimp is fully cooked. Add 200g of Katong Laksa paste and 50g of coconut milk (add more for preference) into shrimp broth. Cook until the paste is simmering. Then add in ½ tsp msg or Ajinomoto (if prefer) Blanch 100g of noodles and serve with desired condiments.
