Lo Mai Gai

Another traditional addition to a Chinese Dim Sum meal, Loh Mai Gai is a glutinous, sticky rice dish topped with chicken, mushroom and vegetable. It is often enjoyed for breakfast and brunch. Although it is of Cantonese origin, our frozen Lo Mai Gai is a Malaysian and Singaporean variation of the classic snack dish.
