PA Food is committed to enriching lives through our food products, leading innovation, creating value for our stakeholders, and contributing to economic, environmental, and social (EES) improvements. Our mission is to uphold sustainability goals within the frozen food sector in the markets we serve, both locally and internationally.
We recognize that our business impacts the economy, environment, and society throughout the lifecycle of our products. This includes the sourcing of materials, use of raw materials and natural resources, food and packaging design, production, consumption, and disposal. We are particularly aware of our impact on consumer health through the food we produce.
To address these impacts, we are dedicated to understanding and responding to the needs and expectations of our stakeholders, including customers, employees, regulators, suppliers, shareholders, and communities. We will identify and assess activities, products, and services that may have significant EES impacts, striving to eliminate or mitigate adverse effects through best practices, processes, and controls, while enhancing positive impacts.
We will establish measurable objectives and targets aligned with internationally recognized standards and principles, such as fair trade, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Our commitment includes publishing the results of our annual performance assessment and communicating our policy effectively to our stakeholders. We encourage our customers, employees, suppliers, and contractors to understand, uphold, and disseminate this policy within our organization and to all interested parties.
This policy will be reviewed periodically in conjunction with our sustainability performance results and updated to reflect our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
