Curry Puff

You will find curry puff on nearly every street corner in Malaysia, commonly sold in both Malay and Indian food stalls. Recognisable by its semicircle shape with a crescent of pinched pastry, the texture and taste of pastry itself can vary slightly depending on the recipe, with some puffs using layered crust for a flakey finish.
