Glutinous Rice Ball

A traditional chinese glutinous rice dish. Glutinous Rice Balls (Tangyuan) is a dessert that made from a combination of glutinous rice flour, water and often a sweet filling. Boiled to serve ineither a hot broth or syrup. They are traditionally eaten during the Chinese lantern festival and winter solstice. However, this sweet snack can also be enjoyed throughout the year as a warm and welcoming treat.
